#181b22;\"><strong>CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p>Before work began, the Motor Fuel Group (MFG) site contained a single-story sales building and forecourt equipped with six pump islands with below ground fills and vents. There were also six customer parking spaces and car care facilities. There was pressure to keep the site trading as far as possible. Most of the site remained operational during the program due to careful phasing and management with temporary closures. The internal remodel of the existing petrol filling station shop rearranged the retail area to make room for a new Greggs food offer and optimize the space. The chargers were positioned to fit the client\u2019s specific layout and an overarching canopy was placed behind it.
