Challenge
ImmunoTek operated 13 plasma donation centers across the United States. They needed a partner who could assess conditions and collect information from each potential new site. They then needed that partner to compile the data into actionable information to help decision-makers prioritize projects without having to visit every single site.
Solution
Sevan performed each site assessment using Sevan CAPTURE to document the conditions of all the site assets to create a conditions assessment report. That data was also used to create a virtual tour of the space so ImmunoTek stakeholders could view each site’s assets to help them decide how they want to move forward. Once they approved a site, Sevan provided as-built drawings to help ImmunoTek’s designers, architects and engineers finalize the design specs to begin construction on the site.
Results
Sevan conducted 30 reality capture assessments for ImmunoTek. The process was fine-tuned to provide all assessments and documentation deliverables in 4-5 weeks.
